2. Submission for Audit

3. Plenipotentiary Audit

Authorized Plenipotentiary reviews documentation and verifies historical obligations.

4. Ruling & Term Assignment

Decision: 25 years (voluntary) with full incentives, or 3 years (forced) with no benefits.

5. UNGT Acquisition

Institution acquires UNGT tokens via SOL (Jupiter or DEX) based on audited valuation.

6. Legal Agreement

Both parties sign digital agreement confirming custody term and benefits.

7. Public Registry Entry

Asset details recorded in public blockchain registry with status "Active" or "Forced term".

8. Ongoing Monitoring

Assets remain physically with institution. UNGT tokens held in master wallet.
