6. After review — we agree on goods, quantity, fixed price (EURQ), delivery date
7. Pay insurance premium to the address above
8. Pay arrangement fee (1.5%) to the address above
9. Receive prepayment in EURQ
10. Produce/deliver goods by agreed date
